How do I set up my account?

Best Practices
To get the most out of the Frontera application, we recommend a few best practices.
Record your intake interview
Currently, Frontera supports English, Spanish, Hindi, and Arabic.
We recommend using a HIPAA compliant tool which may already be configured for your organization such as Zoom, Google Meets, Webex etc. Use the existing record meeting function to record the audio for your intake interviews.

At least one assessment is required for the system to generate content. The more assessments loaded into the system, the more content and goals the system will be able to generate.
At this time Frontera can generate write ups for over 25 assessments. The list of assessments supported is consistently growing based on requests from our users. If there is an assessment you regularly utilize and don’t see available in the Frontera system, please submit a request to support@frontera.health
For paper based assessments, there is a Frontera template. The Frontera Templates can be accessed by clicking on the Assessment Templates on the left hand side of your screen. This will allow you to see all the Frontera Health Templates. You can make your own copy of this, however, please do not make edits to the formatting or structure of the template as this may cause issues when you attempt to upload the assessment. Best practice would be to download a new template for each new user to use the latest version available.
Creating a Report
To start a new report, you will select New Report from the upper right hand corner of the screen.
This will allow you to select from your existing client list or create a new client in the system.
You will be able to navigate between sections of the report by clicking on the next button at the bottom of the screen. This will generate the next section of the report. If at any point you want to navigate to an earlier section of the report, you can click on the section name on the top navigation bar.
Once you have completed your report, you will be able to review and export your report. You will need to enter your credentials on the first report you export, but this information will be saved for future reports. You will need to sign each report prior to completing the evaluation. Once the report is completed, you can export or edit the report. The report will be exported in a .docx format. You can make any final edits in the word document before submitting it using your current workflows.
Goals
The Frontera system will generate custom goals for each report based on the files that are loaded into the system. If you would like to create saved goals, you can do so by selecting Saved Goals on the Assessment Reports Landing page. This will open a pop up to create a list of goals.
You can save goals to your personal folder or to an organization folder. Saving goals to the organization folder allows for others within your organization to pull from the same list of goals.
To add a goal to your folder, simply select “+ Add New” to enter the goal details and medical necessity if needed. You can also add saved targets using the same process.
To add goals to your report, you will be given two options on the goals section of the report.
Selecting Suggested goals will open your list of saved goals and system generated suggested goals for you to select from. You will be presented with your suggested goals first. To select from the saved or suggested goals, click on the goal(s) you want to add. This will add a dark outline to the goals. When you have selected the full list of goals you would like to add, select Add goal(s). The saved goals will then be added to your report.
If you prefer to add custom goals, you can select Custom goal and type in the goal details for that goal.
Regenerating Sections
To regenerate any section, you will select the three dots, and select regenerate. This will only regenerate the selected section. This will allow you to make updates to specific sections if additional uploads are added or if you would like a different version of the content.
Customization
You will be given the option to add a report header on the review page of the report. The image loaded into this section will appear on each page of the report.

I received an error message when uploading a file, who do I contact for help?

The file I am uploading is generating an error message. How do I move forward?
If the assessment is either the official download from the assessment website or the Frontera template, there should not be an issue. If you remove the file and attempt to upload again and receive the same error message, check to see that you are using the latest version of the Frontera templates. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us at support@frontera.health
